Market Main has partnered with Skyline Drone Photography LLC.

We are so excited to announce Market Main Marketing and Photography Solutions has partnered with Skyline Drone Photography LLC. to offer a wider variety of services for Real Estate and Drone Photography. Please take a look at Skylines offerings for your next shoot.

Remember, drone photos aren't just for real estate professionals. Having a Birds Eye view of your property can give insight on where you are in proximity to other recreations/resources that can be interesting to have just for yourself or even your business.

We are certified Drone (USAS) pilots mandated by the FAA (see more information below.)

We also offer staged shoots for short term rentals. Schedule a consult today!

Drones are fantastic at capturing breathtaking views...

However, there are rules and regulations that need to be followed. As a certified drone pilot I have taken the commercial part 107 USAS course and passed the test designated by the Federal Aviation Administration.

Things to Consider:

Weather - All flights are weather dependent. Wind, rain, snow, fog... all of these conditions can cancel a drone flight. Safety is my #1 priority so weather is a huge consideration when scheduling.

FAA Clearance - We are very fortunate to have a local International Airport in the great city of Bangor. Some areas of the city are off limits to drones completely and others require advanced authorization via the FAA in order to fly. In these areas there are height limitations that must be followed that can change the aesthetics of the photos. 48hr+ Notice is best for all flights to ensure we are prepared.

Tree Cover - Trees make a property beautiful but for drones they can limit the angles from the sky that are most flattering. If your property has heavy tree cover this can limit the expansive shots that can be taken of properties with less vegetation.

Time of Day - As with trees causing troubles in our photos, the position of the sun can make a big difference as well. Drone Photos are best taken earlier in the morning or later in the evening when the lighting is softer.
